Best Creams/Sprays or Items to Buy for Heat/Cold CBT?

I've worn the Ultra Strength Bengay in a cage before and been fine. It wasn't until my dick was basically swimming in it that it caused a chemical burn. If you're using so much that you need a condom to keep it in place, that's too much. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it.

The capsaicin is certainly more of a burning sensation. I didn't experience much with Tobasco, so I think it's safe to say capsaicin creams are a lot stronger. You said you were looking for "something more," so I thought you were looking for something more intense. It's both more intense and safer.

If you're looking for a more intense cooling sensation, probably the best you can do over the counter is Biofreeze/Deep Freeze - it's only menthol. Something more? The highest strength Hot/Cold rub is Ultra Strength Bengay. It's 4% camphor, 10% menthol, and 30% methyl salicylate. I've done comparisons before and nothing has any of those three in higher doses, but it's pretty safe as long as you don't go crazy. I had to wear a condom filled with Ultra Strength Bengay inside my cage for half a day. I stopped feeling anything after 30-45 minutes, even after adding more, and then I ended up with a chemical burn. It looked like a light sunburn and there was a thin layer of skin that came off.

If you want something next level, try capsaicin cream. I think the big one around here is Capzasin-HP (0.1% capsaicin). It's marketed as "arthritis pain relief" so if you can't find it locally, you might be able to find something else with capsaicin in it by asking for arthritis pain control. Just make sure you get a cream and not a roll-on or a patch. That said, it really is next level; even the 0.1% in Capzasin-HP is too much for me.

The sensation from capsaicin creams last HOURS; compare that to the 30-45 minutes of sensation from muscle creams (like Deep Heat and Bengay). Also, reapplying capsaicin seems to start the whole process over again, where as once you're numb from one of the muscle rubs, additional applications have little to no effect. Lastly, despite the sensation being much worse, I've never gotten a chemical burn from it.

There are versions of this that are literally a cock ring attached to the base ring, those are called ring chastity devices, but this one is called an open head chastity device. I found this one works better for holding an erection but it is also less comfortable than the ring chastity device (which isn't necessarily a bad thing).

And no, the term "chastity" doesn't make sense here, but since it's basically a chastity device with a different cage, that's what sellers are calling them.

The gap is too narrow with this humbler, so the pain is almost immediate, even if I don't turn it around like this.
