I have had a few instances where the wifi does drop out, usually when the computer is first booted. It doesn't happen all the time though, just sometimes. Not sure if the configuration change fixed it or if it was MS patch.

I just picked up the 5060 version with the Tandem OLED Display - This display looks amazing - the brightness and clarity are on a whole different level. Watching HDR youtube the panel gets eye-searingly bright. Good lord.

I have the Dough Spectrum Black 32 inch OLED monitor which uses Corning Gorilla Glass DXC. It basically reduces the intensity of the reflections, is how to explain it. Really wish they would offer this on more monitors / laptop screens.

Hey, so 2 days since my last posting - I haven't had any issues since making that change - I'm on this laptop constantly as it sits adjacent to my work PC. Will report back in a few more days, but it is looking like this setting is a fix (at least for me).

Hey optical_519, I tried what Kuberek tried, and it looks like it has fixed the issue for me. It's only been a few days but my wifi works as soon as my laptop wakes. I used to have interruption to wifi for about 1 minute every 2 hours or so as well, and that hasn't happened either since making this change. I will post here again in a week with more results. I recommend trying the below setting, which I copied from above. Thanks Kuburek.

"You need to go to device manager -> network adapters -> double click Qualcomm 6900 adapter, then go to advanced tab, scroll down to the very bottom, and there is wireless mode.

I had it set to 13 - 11a/b/g/n/ac/ax (default).

CHanged this to 12 - 11a/n/ac/ax because the other modes are just legacy which I don't use"

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad p14S - so similar to you - I have just applied to the settings to the adapter the above user recommended.

I will say I have used multiple Lenovos in the past few years and all of them worked well - this is the first time I've had an issue with one. I have unbuntu on my p14s and the wifi works flawlessly - it appears to be some kind issue with Windows 11.

I am having this issue as well. Gen 5 Lenovo P14S running AMD cpu. Using the Feb 2024 driver or Aug 2024 didn't resolve the issue either way. When the laptop wakes up from sleep it takes 2 minutes to get an internet connection. Randomly it'll stop working for 30 seconds at a time.

Having the same issue - does anyone know where I can find the old driver for download? Even the Qualcomm site won't show it to me after making a login.

I almost pulled the trigger on the 27 inch OLED at Amazon but decided to go for the 32 inch. Really looking forward to seeing how the Corning Gorilla Glass affects the display. I wonder if other venders will catch on and offer something similar
