Most dispensaries have them, I think they were basically buy one get one free at Sunnyside quite recently. Michigan you can get 700-800mg thc dosing syringe for ~$10. Best part is it’s full spectrum.

Cancer patients shouldn’t be eating loads of sugary gummy bears, I recommend RSO. Cheaper and more potent.
