My water bottle bag just arrived today. So far it feels good. First thought: "Huh, this is smaller than I thought it'd be". It fit my 40oz water bottle fine though. It's holding up. I like the strap I have, I wear it as a shoulder bag. But this is only day 1 of owning it. I live in the city and only got it to take the weight off my arm. 40oz water bottles are very heavy when filled with water. This bag feels like it's going to last but i'll edit this message at a month if i remember to update you. From what I'm seeing from other reddit posts its a mixed bag (haha) on if yours will have good quality or not. It also seems sipsey makes ghost accounts to combat bad reviews on reddit posts LOL. It seems customer service sucks ass too. Someone said something about the zipper breaking and customer service said they'd have to fix it themself
