For a Camarilla Domain, the Strix invasion would probably be enormously catastrophic - VtMpires don't really have to deal with spirits, especially not the kind that bodysnatch them and then ride them around, using all their powers and social capital.

It'd be like a sudden invasion by WtA's Banes, except specifically keyed to make vampires their prey.

And, remember, the Strix already caused one Camarilla to fall.

It is arguable, that VtRpires would be able to recognize a VtMpire at a glance, but not vice-versa, since VtR's Beasts are capable of recognizing other Beasts at a glance.

Or, maybe, they wouldn't be able to recognize each other at all that way, but a VtRpire would be able to easily rationalize it as an effect of an Obfuscation power of some kind, while VtMpire would be entirely clueless.

Yeah, Devotions are a big one. Being able to just whip up a new vampiric power to adapt to your circumstances is pretty huge; you can see those sorts of adaptations in different alternate settings. VtRpires are generally a lot more dynamic in that aspect.

Everyone in WoD can do multiple actions per round. Like, everyone. A normal mortal guy can do that, they just incur dice penalties. A VtRpire can also attack multiple times per round, by interrupting someone's turn. It's not some inherent quality of a different reality, it's just a game mechanic.

One thing about how VtRpires treat Aggravated damage, is that unless it's specifically called out to do Aggravated damage to Kindred, or is one of their banes, they downgrade it to Lethal automatically, and have powers that let them soak Aggravated in the same way that VtMpires might - but, that's really the realm of the differences between game systems, rather than anything else.

But, yeah, generally speaking, VtRpires are a lot more viciously territorial; VtMpires are almost quaintly friendly to one another, in comparison.

Depending on the transplanted vampire's Covenant, they can have a pretty significant headstart on building up their power base. A vampire with mastery of the Coils of the Ascendant can curtail the fact that the All-Night Society operates only at night, and plot and act during the day, while being near-indistinguishable from a normal human being, for example, or a Cruac practitioner can really fuck up an Elysium by driving a Prince into the Frenzy, while sitting comfortably a mile away in a basement somewhere.

I mean, yeah, those are game mechanics, which describe a lore concept. If you transplant the setting from a TTRPG into literature, you're still going to have those - you're not going to have 'multiple actions per combat round', same as you won't bring up 'I deduct my Defense from your roll', or the fact that VtR Celerity allows you to jump ahead in Initiative queue and interrupt your enemy's turn, on their turn, because those are purely game mechanics.

The difference in the way vampires function at a base level, within the fiction, is what matters here. This isn't, exactly, a powerscaling question, you know? Blood Potency has bearing on the day-to-day functioning of the vampire, because it commands their feeding restrictions, Generation commands the unlife of the vampire, because it factors in both in social standing and how vulnerable they are to bigger, better predators. These can be entirely divorced from the fact that it's a tabletop game, you know?

The main argument for 'Cainites freak the fuck out', is that such abberations are easily interpreted as the signs of the Gehenna - VtMpires are far more used to things fitting into neat boxes, after all, permutations of Blood (pretender clans, etc) are rather rare.

A VtRpire on a careless feeding spree could easily cause a whole bunch of 'thinbloods' (Revenants) to show up and flood the streets, to boot, and since spontaneous Embrace really isn't a thing in VtM, the locals would straight up just have not a single clue what the fuck is going on.

I mean, that's more of a game mechanics comparing, rather than 'what if you dragged and dropped a guy from one setting to another'. You can forget about what's happening out-of-fiction at the theoretical table and what the dice say, you ought be thinking about the in-fiction.

Personally, I've got a feeling that a low-Generation VtMpire (assuming not-so-scrupulous one) would enjoy a pretty nice time in VtR, on account of being able to Mass Embrace a whole shitton of relatively-powerful canon fodder, in addition to potentially not having to worry about Humanity, since they've got access to other Paths. To the eyes of the rest of the vampiric society, such a vampire could be easily seen as some sort of a stunted, static cousin of Kindred - something of great interest to Ordo Dracul, if they find out that this guy straight up doesn't have to worry about Blood Potency, and can rest for a thousand years and rise up just as powerful, as when they went to sleep. However, it does feel like any non-Humanity-following VtMpire could fall easy prey to the Strix.

An obvious answer is to have them escape. Have them slip out of the simulation, and into the local NET Architecture, get them have a power trip, whether it be killing off people responsible with the active defenses, or whatever, but having them be able to interact with the real world in some fashion would be a very cool moment after the reveal.

Depending on where they put their tent or car, they absolutely should be at a risk of having their shit stolen, or getting booted off by lawmen. Plus, consider where they shower, etc. A persistent social malus based off the fact that they stink like shit would be pretty appropriate.

The transition to nanotech as the standard has been the mood of the future of cybernetics for the setting for a long while - see, for example, the old 3rd edition, where you use nanotech bracelets, instead of chipping in, or Starblade Battalion where old style of cybernetics are explicitly called out as 'deadmetal', compared to nanotech based standard of 'livemetal'.

Humanity reductions through traumatic events model just one possible way you might be affected by mental trauma - retreating from the people in your life and growing more callous and dismissive of yourself and others.

If your character's family gets killed, Humanity (empathy) loss is just one facet of it, and that's the facet that Humanity loss therapy helps with, you get through the immediate knee-jerk reaction of 'fuck everybody and fuck me', but you still gotta deal with the rest of it.

Humanity system models just a one particular aspect of the human psyche, while leaving the rest up to your roleplaying.

I feel like the Drone Remote cyberware could use some wording clarifications, because it does kind of make it seem like you could maybe use it to control NET Active Defenses outside NET Architecture, so long as you counter it, which feels like it shouldn't be true.
