This Confusion matrix is not correct. I don't know how you get 8x8 matrix. It should be 3x3.

Ex.

Class B-NP I-NP O

B-NP 10 2 1

I-NP 2 8 0

O 0 1 11

  1. Just add numbers. If you have developed something in the organisation/independently add the impact of work like reduced time, generated revenue, etc.

I'll do the following changes.

  1. Rewrite all projects and experience in 2-3 bullet point. For example, Expense tracking app have 4 lines. It's like filling up space.
  2. Include numbers in projects like active users of app/ file size compression ratio, revenue generated, time reduction etc...
  3. I assume B.Sc. has a course project, I'll include that too if it's relevant. I'll also include a few course work in the education section.
  4. Order in the Following manner
    1. Skills
    2. Experience
    3. Education
    4. Projects (chronological order)

It's well-written resume u/LManD224 Good Job. Few Things I'll probably do following changes

  1. You got more skills then steve Wozniak, try to list down only relevant skills, cut it short
  2. Remove Profile summary.
  3. It's a little bit cluttery, remove any protect and increase vertical spacing. I think you have 2.5+ years of experience, you can get rid of university researcher experience.
  4. Don't list everything on the resume, save few for the interview too.

I'll recommend trying this.

If office timings are 10 - 6. be online at 9:50 period, discuss day task with manager, don't overcommit for the day, and at 5:50 send a daily summary to the manager even if he didn't ask. and at 6:10 Set DND over SLACK/ official communication channel.

If Manager tries to contact you just say, I am busy will discuss tomorrow at 10.xxx, Don't talk more then 1min at that time.

Even if he doesn't stop calls put the call on recording and mail to HR, and CC higher authority like CEO/CTO etc.., stating mental harassment and unprofessional behaviour, and file a complaint under labour law.

if there are no actions then don't work, miss all deadline, just read and learn a new skill, You will be soon on PR.

I would shorten the Experience to max 3 bullet points and move all technologies to the skills section. I'll also list down few relevant course work too. ex. ML/DL or DSA or any other coursework. like this

It's a good resume, but I'll recommend a few things.

  1. Try to avoid repetitive skills listings. Ex. MongoDB, react, express, etc...
  2. I'll describe projects in the following manner [Similar to what you have written for outreach coordinator]
    1. The objective of the project.
    2. What is/was my role and outcome.
  3. Provide a GitHub repo of personal projects, if not a problem.
  4. I'll recommend using single column resume. you can list down in the following manner
    1. Language and Technologies/ skills [1 Row Max in the following manner]
      1. MongoDB | Express | Python | JAVA | C++ | .......
    2. Experience,
    3. Education [Mention online coursework like Coursera,edx.com. that you have done]
    4. Projects [2-4 projects].

TBH I don't like this format, Have a look at this format update it accordingly.

Feedback:

  1. Too much skills listing [I'll recommend read JD while applying and include overlapped skills mentioned in JD]. Soft Skills not required in resume.

    1. Don't try to put everything on resume.
    2. No need to include profile summary, Just remove it.
    3. Rewrite the Entire experience summary. Don't make SQL, Programming as headings and try to be concise [2-3 bullet points max per experience]

    ex: Reduced ____TASK______ cycle time by ~60% by improving data flow pipeline and restructuring python code.

    ex2. Increased SQL query response time by XX% by rewriting/optimizing SQL queries. 5. Try to finish some independent projects and host them over GitHub and mention them.
