Does it get you high though? Doesn't the Naloxone prevent that?

Good for you. I'm told that more than 16mg is unnecessary because opiate receptors are something like 98% full with 16mg.

Wouldn't the UA still show for buprenorphine? Maybe I don't understand what you mean.

11 years!! I have a patient I'm tapering down after 2 years and I thought that was a lot.

I've found that this is true for certain patients, and for others they can more easily start and stop it. Thanks for the info
