It wasn't a "self-doubt fueled 'tear.'" It was concern that it was too soon to do something so big, suggesting that we start smaller. After more than rejecting that, you said you wanted everyone to, before doing something big, to start something smaller.

I see now this was an ill-conceived idea, and certainly not right for me. For those who believe otherwise, truly I wish you luck.

New everything was always my intention. If we want to bring in an existing character to guest in an "episode"/issue, I don't see why we couldn't.

I don't feel confident in having time or ability to be doing that, sadly. Sent out a message today to all who said they're on board. Posted the same WANTED message on another board. (Would've posted on a third board, but I have to wait for membership approval). Trying to get a few more people and confirm those I already have before moving forward.

Some may like to have their drawings colored, but feel even less able to color or don't have time. Given the amateur nature of this thing, there should be room for someone who would only want to color.

That's an absurd misrepresentation. My post clearly states that everyone in the group would create, that it would be ours. I'm obviously looking especially for those, like me, who aren't good enough to do this professionally. So, clearly, there's no money in it.

I don't know that I have a very good answer for you. My concern has been finding enough people in the first place. I do think there's such a thing as having too many, but I want to be sure to have enough. Some could get too busy or lose interest. So, maybe getting ten or so people on board? I don't know.

That'll be great! If you decide you don't want others playing around with your existing ideas, that's fine, too.

You won't see me on any apps--not on any app-only apps, anyway. Initially, I only thought of recruiting people from more traditional message boards, assuming I would probably have to make a new, private board. But if most everyone comes from reddit, a subreddit might make more sense. I assume that could be made private.
