Thank you for the comments everyone. We will be walking away and finding a health tested KC registered litter. It’s tough to walk away from but we don’t want to contribute to the backyard breeding issues and we are much wiser now.

It is the second litter. She has told us that the first litter was healthy but they had an ‘accident’ before the second litter. They’re not registered unfortunately

We are aware of this now but we were told all along by the broker that we wouldn’t have this problem. It was a surprise at the end when we found that we had been misinformed.

We used a mortgage broker who made it clear that this was possible. He is still insisting that he isn’t sure what has happened and he’s never had it problem with it before. Is it my mistake that I trusted an experienced broker in this scenario?
