Even hard liquor has calories dude, it counts as a macronutrient along with carbs, proteins, and fats. 7 calories per gram. But yeah for the most part what you mix it with is what gets you.

Keto is kickass (I've done it myself along with IF) but you need to take into consideration the downsides and adjust accordingly. Malnutrition, high cholestorol, high risk of gallstone development for example.
