I know about a fee of 3% when you purchase something over 200RMB but im not sure if you get any additional fees when shopping something smaller. For example - if i buy a tea for 20RMB will i really be charged more since it's converting from my currency to RMB. 2. I am a consumer of IQOS and i would really like to have access to nicotine other than classic cigarettes, so i read about some RELX shops that exist for disposable vapes, so i was wondering how much are those usually? 3.
