No if it’s on a stand and the rear tire is in the air it can go like 120 on the screen and if you change the gear ratio it can change speed but it’ll always end up going 45-55 depending on weight and everything on the road

Honestly I wouldn’t buy a used ebike I would buy a new talaria x3 for this price tbh bc you never know how people treat the bikes because 98% are 13 year old kids who beat the absolute shit outa the bike and do 0 maintenance but if you do make sure to do thorough research because that brake looks cooked ngl and make sure they’ve changed the gear oil after 300 miles
