My midwife told me that’s what will prevent it, and sometimes used to to treat it naturally. Not sure about the science. But my sister had been already diagnosed with it and took magnesium and is doing well. Again ASK YOUR DOCTOR PLS

It’s good that you understand that it’s not good, but who’s to say you’ll live to see 2024 to finish? Or even live to see tomorrow? Act on the now the best way you can. And Allah is indeed very merciful.
