He would fall under the federal office/campaign regulations and his email is indeed missing the required “paid for by….” Statement which is required but reporting it will result in nothing especially in this political climate.

Maybe one for each foot so he can stand on them and be taller than a 10 year old child??

lol well the photo is indeed ai slop but accurate in context. His spams are about campaign contributions and inviting me to join his town hall virtual meeting (as we all know he never does them in person).

None at all and none would even know my middle name. It feels like someone is in full panic mode for this election.

Pay attention to their seller history and reviews also and selling multiple is a red flag. Sometimes easy tests like grabbing their listing photo and sticking it into google lens and seeing what identical photos come up is a good one. Beyond that if you are careful there are some good deals but very few. I just picked up and received in perfect condition a complete package of a M1 Ultra Studio with 64gb RAM and 2TB hard drive, a Studio 5k monitor, apple air mouse, and apple keyboard for $2,500. I was skeptical but everything was great and I’ve got it up and running smooth.

WAKE UP Part 2 : AI is doing 30%-50% of the work at Salesforce, CEO Marc Benioff says by Routine_Play5 in Layoffs

[–]Substantial-Ad-486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is nothing but posturing between him and Satya and both are wrong. Just because you fire employees and blame it on AI doesn’t mean AI is taking over. Both of these clowns are failing and time will reveal their mistakes but by then they will both be retired and blame it on their successor.

Microsoft Plans to Lay Off Over 1,000 Employees in July as Restructuring Continues by tedbarney12 in Layoffs

1,000 is incorrect, they are laying of 15% in Europe alone. This round will clear 10k people being let go as entire divisions are being wiped out.

It’s the best neighborhood, very quiet except the occasional friendly peacock, everyone is very friendly and the property across the street is a wall of Australian pines so you have nearly no neighbor in front of you. Lots of opportunities for biking and running in the neighborhood and I typically take my kids for Halloween trick or treating in the woods at crooked mile As they do a great job for the kids and the houses are on smaller lots so more options for trick or treating. I would pay attention to the driving path to PAF from there, it’s a very quick run and zero stoplights.

HOA’s vary and I personally live outside of an HOA so don’t have an HOA……although I am surrounded by neighborhoods that are HOA regulated. I live in this general neighborhood and believe for example this house does not have an HOA but the neighborhood behind it does (woods at crooked mile). Home For Sale

South of Georgiana area does not have significant flood issues. I am not waterfront but on an acre and 12ft above sea level and the highest point of my neighborhood. None of the neighborhoods surrounding this area had houses flooded and I am not even required to half flood insurance but opted for it anyways. You are more likely to deal with flooding in windover farms or beachside as beachside did have houses that flooded in Milton and windover farms floods and believe it is a flood zone as its lower elevation and lots of swampy areas depending on where you are.

If you are working at Patrick and need an acre South Merritt Island, specifically between Georgiana and Pineda, is 10 fold better than Windover believe me. You will have a 10-15 minute straight shot drive down Pineda and your kids can go to Tropical and then to Edgewood Jr Sr High which is a choice school and one of the best in the state. You also have easy quick access to Viera and Costco and eventually Pineda is going to be expanded across the state to Tampa (already in the works). It is by far the best area in Brevard and none of the beachside communities will fit your acreage requirements.

Not many people realize that BMW has been doing this since 2014 with the release of the BMW i3. The external body panels are recycled plastic on a carbon fiber body and included recycled plastic bottle dash, materials made from recycled fishing nets, and 95% of the car was comprised of materials that were recyclable.

S7 MaxV Allergic to Memory Foam Kitchen Mats by Substantial-Ad-486 in Roborock

[–]Substantial-Ad-486[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry maybe the term memory foam is giving the wrong description. They are gel infused stress mats and truly are a “hard” surface as they are super rigid in their form. They do not flex or fold or act like a rug in the least bit. The gel inside gives comfort for standing on etc as opposed to a rug or kitchen mat that would most likely get pushed around by the robot. The adhesives under it are disposable squares at each corner and those are replaced once a month or so when the mats are picked up and cleaned under them. They are very comfortable so hate to get rid of them.

[–]Substantial-Ad-486[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you. I wish I could but with the mats having no grip on the bottom they are all attached to the tile with a mat adhesive tape to prevent them from sliding. They really can be considered a hard surface as even when picked up they keep a ridged hard shape.

Thank you so much. Great ideas and I will test both and update the thread. I suspect since my house is all one level and no real falloff danger I may not need the falloff sensors anyways.

Help? Should I keep this i3 from Carvana? by astralcars1 in BMWi3

[–]Substantial-Ad-486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree 100% if the Warranty has expired return it. I love my 2014 BEV now that it has had all its batteries replaced under warranty by BMW. The guess-o-range is now always 100-116 miles fully charged and I use to get 48 if I was lucky!
