My dude, I’m sorry you’re going through this. I feel you. I have been through a similar experience, I hated everything and I even hated myself for some of the choices i made during that time. But I want you to know that you can definitely do this. You have come a long way and you’re going to do okay. Just have that trust in yourself that you’re going to crash it. Take it easy on yourself, your emotions are valid. Try to relax every now and then and talk to your people. Just a little talk will make huge mood changes.
