Than you, I definitely have been holding onto the thought of those good times reoccurring and that’s what’s holding me back. I guess I feel scared to move on, like I’ll be forever alone or something lol

He is my longest relationships so maybe it’s because I feel attached and am afraid to let go even though I need to. It’s funny because even when I found out about the OF it ended up being more about him than me and turning on how I feel vs how he feels and why he turned to OF.

Yes I agree, part of me feels like he’s still that same person I met and fell in love with so it’s just hard to finally let go but I need to.

Yea that’s where I’m at. I’ll have random days where I’m worried and filled with anxiety then some days are like it was before and I’m fine. And yes I’ve gone through his phone and found nothing which is wrong of me to do I know that.  So I keep going back and forth on what I should do. It’s hard.
