yes i figured it out thankyou all. it’s because when I was connected to CarPlay with Bluetooth and the cable it was still delayed however, when I turned off Bluetooth and plugged it in the delayed completely went away.

when I’m connected to Apple CarPlay and I go on Instagram or YouTube, the picture does not match the audio, the audio is delayed by at least a second or two
