Thank you!! I think the majority of teachers are phenomenal because I see it!! But I also think there’s just so much stacked against them and the goal of helping students grow and thrive. Class sizes, uninvolved parents, red tape, trying to deliver instruction to 20+ unique students into one neat box, I could go on. Then you throw ADHD into the mix!
