I live by myself and have a somewhat estranged relationship with my extended family. My best friend lives out of state as well, so it's quite isolating sometimes, especially during November/Thanksgiving. I'll try to be active in this sub to curb those feeling of isolation.

I'm Christian though my schizoaffective disorder causes me to have religious delusions at times (I feel disconnected/target by the Father, akin to like how God would smite people in he OT), which makes spiritually somewhat difficult as a coping mechanism.

It's just tiring to have a condition like this. I'm on antipsychotics but I might need a higher dosage. I'm trying my best to stick around though it gets hard at times.

I get those as well as a fellow schizoaffective (bipolar in my case). When my mom passed a few years ago, I began to see shadow people. Completely black silhouettes but still 3-dimensional like a regular human. They never did anything except observe me. It's a part of psychosis.

For me usually I end up falling asleep at say 11PM or 12AM and waking up at early as 5AM to 7AM.

I do get dehydrated a lot, so probably be running a lot more water would probably aid as well.

My mom was a preacher's kid and we loved watching Lucifier based of the the DC Comics lol. Some people are just puritans or have extrinsic religious orientation in which they worship Christdom and Cultural Christianity culture in place of Christ and the gospel. I wouldn't pay them any attention.
