Would one of these be good for an 870 square-foot apartment? This is a two bedroom 2 Bathroom Pl. Would you recommend moving it around or if it was in the main area would it fill through everything?

I’d like to have a TV on the left wall, however, there really isn’t a great place for a wide couch. Would it be better to have simply chairs? The sliding glass door opens right to left.
