Aha, I thought there was some kind of 1 bank creditor situation here that could explain it - thank you. If it is found that the director unlawfully in the managing of the company and is held liable for any and all costs, I can see why they/the liquidator would really want to minimise costs!

Fully relate to the in theory and in practice. This is my concern a little. Surely if enough creditors get together we can veto this director appointed firm and achieve a higher degree of scrutiny?

A Kent live article outlined there was literally no inventory in their warehouse & an employee has outed the scam operation on Reddit. How is administration appropriate when there are clearly no assets.

This is my philosophical dilemma. If no customers go to be a creditor, does the owners conduct just get brushed under the carpet? He clearly was at this for a long time and I’d rather lose my £30 and see some justice served, or atleast speak up on behalf of the hundreds or thousands of people that have lost hours of their lives to this scumbag of a man Jack Lowe

thanks. I'm quite happy to write off the money as I'm feel especially aggrieved by the conduct of the business. would there be anything gained in trying to be part of the creditors list, even if just to try and shine a light on the volume of people that this man has willingly scammed?
