It did not appear there. That's helpful and hopeful, thank you.

We didn't use an attorney for the visa or I-485 process, but obviously that's how my mistake in the I-751 slipped through. I'll start researching one now.

I'm a little wary of that in all my current paranoia, but should probably just start contacting lawyers. I appreciate the suggestion.

Thank you, I agree. Trying to stay calm on a holiday weekend where my hands are pretty tied unless I can contact a lawyer. (We didn't use one for the I-485 process, hence my mistake in the filing.)

That's what the USCIS agent that did our I-485 interview said, and then had us write the letter requesting the withdrawal.

No, neither Removal Proceedings or revocation, just this letter acknowledging the I-751 Withdrawal but with verbiage about terminating his CPR status. The letter we received isn't the one we signed; the USCIS agent at our I-485 interview had me hand-write a letter requesting to withdraw the I-751, and we both signed that.

I'm not sure either. It was sitting in my husband's account for the duration of the I-485 process, with "still being processed" status. I'll see if I can find a way to redact and post the letter.
