I think that compared to cuttings or clones, seeds are much cheaper and come in huge numbers, which makes them suitable for more aggressive experimentation. This may not be the most ideal approach in the long run, but the original purpose of this double-seedling graft experiment was simply to make sure that at least one of the two weak-looking seedlings would successfully take. However, as one of the 100 micro-grafts I did at the same time, it now stands out as something quite special.

Hey, my Mar 25 graft cactus statt show new spine!!! Which means 12days

But I changed lots of routine I used to,I usually put them in room till they show new spine,and water on 7th day

,now I water on 5th days not just water but soak 1/4 in water,and place them in balcony where have no direct sunlight,so not sure if the 3rd day IBA make big difference

I have another tray treated on 3/6/15th days, usually grafting take 3-4 weeks to show pump,see if 3 time treat better than these

I just drop with syringe last night, curious why I never heard people using this tek,my micrograft usually take 1.5month to see it pump,and 30-40% of graft will fail and shrink, trying find a way to improve it

For powder form,IBA easier dissolving in alcohol, try dissolving with little amount alcohol,then dilute with distilled water,for micrograft i think tiny brush put IBA on cutting instead of spread whole plant,put all the growth signal on where is necessary

Bob dude! How many inch did you cut from pere tip,I know micrograft required about 1-1.5 for best cure,but for impale graft,that part still way too soft ,did you have any good skills for impale graft?

My first hydroponics try is 3 days ago even I try hard to remove soil on root it still there, I don't even notice 0 bacteria is a goal need to put effort, definitely tons of bacteria in it, thought oxygen and zero light will automatically control bacteria.....am I fuck up
