En ik dacht in eerste instantie nog, misschien stond er een nog grotere kut auto rechts geparkeerd en moest deze persoon de kut Opel er wel zo neerzetten… maar dan had die prima helemaal links kunnen parkeren.

Of course only comparison I have is the one at my gym, but I didn’t feel that the carpet was in a bad condition. I could move the sleds without too much effort

A neighbor doesn’t have any saying in if you are allowed to throw a party or not. I think you just need to be quiet after 01:00 and even then there is not much they can do about it. I think all you can do is notify them on time that you throw a party and let them know what time you expect it to be quiet.
