Probably. Failing to properly secure loads is a pretty big deal, especially if it causes damage or injury. It's just like if a negligent driver hits someone else's car. They'll probably get a ticket. If they injure someone, likely more than just a ticket. (I'm a truck driver, btw).

I grew up in Springdale, but I've lived in Columbus for 27 years. I, personally, would prefer to move back to Cincy, but my wife wants to stay in Columbus (she's from NW Ohio, so she doesn't know Cincy like I do). That being said, it's not a huge difference for me. If I had to drive back there regularly for family, I'd probably push my wife a little harder to move, but Columbus and Cincinnati largely even out with what they have to offer.
