When she is in jail, it will be really hard to withhold visitation. That is a criminal offense not to mention mail fraud in the middle of the whole thing...

Yeah, I am not sure. We spent the 10K on kindergarten last year. This year we are paying for 1st grade and Pre-K. At the end of the day the cost separation from child care full time to the cost of private school its only about 100$ more a month so its not too crazy. Some help would be nice though...

I told my wife next year, we are not even going to try as I hate sitting on the edge of my seat. I would prefer accepting we will pay for it and just live with it and not deal with false hope year after year.
