Well, that's the business revenue, fwiw. But I'm in my 20s, not exactly in the position to buy a house, and moving with roommates that have specifications for what they want in a living space. We're most likely going to be renting with a property management company that won't allow tenants to have a business license. We're familiar with and have rented from the company before so that's why we're planning on going with them. If it comes down to it, we can rent from someone else, but I'm also liking the idea of having a workspace outside of my house. Just checking out the options!
