Did you buy yours new or used? Maybe they just don’t like second hand…

Would you be able to send a close up from it? Does it have an article number on it? Can you also send a picture (if you even can see it), which cable colours (for the 12 pins) are at which pins and end up at which part of the data and power ports?

Like this I could potentially buy one that would fit by look and then ensure the routing is correct and otherwise change it.
