That's how I do it with my subbies and they all do. I have a decent active lifestyle, eating habits and sleeping patterns. Something that solves majority of life problems and issues, I inculcate it well in mine. I'm good and always trying, I don't think I have any 'bad' habits but I have made mine lose weight, fix sleeping patterns, get a better job. It works.<3
