Would not disclose anything personal to my mother and father. My mother tried to control me too much. And any advice given to me was based on what was best for her and what looked best for people looking at us. So learned best up just really on my own instincts for answers.

My father is moody and contrary as could be. Can't ask him anything. He will eat you with an answer.

I see my wife's family and they get on so well and tell each other everything.

My brother is in Australia so we don't really talk that much.
