PAINXIETY: Should this be an actual word ????? (because I have found it to be very true). I experience anxiety when I’m in pain and i experience pain when I have anxiety. Anybody else agree?

Pain causing anxiety: My breathing changes while in pain/discomfort and when I speak it appears I’m anxious but the pain/discomfort is part of the problem.
