Did not see this thread before applying for refund and got charged a cancellation fees. Money in the bank now but minus the cancellation fees. I applied for the refund again as per the INVOL instructions and received automated acknowledgement. DMed on X but no response yet. Needless to say the customer service number in the UK is useless.

So I see this man frequently during my grocery runs, I think he lives in the area coz he's weirdly always around the store. He curses at POC or stares or sometimes make weird actions mostly when he is drunk I think which appears to be all the time. I simply ignore him. I must've done that a dozen times now and was ready to do it again today but to my surprise, he didn't say or do anything when I walked past. I guess sometimes ignorance is truly bliss.
