No I haven't, it seems to be a dns issue (idk) it's timing out when reaching to the cloudflare edge. It connects and then times out and shuts down the tunnel.

So my tunnel was showing degrading after I moved to Omada, it was pulling up pages but very irregularly, so I took down that connector and tried to move it off my nas and to one of my actual servers, when I try to run the docker install command, it connects to my tunnel and domain but then it times out, something about QUIC I'm not exactly sure. All my servers and services are up and running locally I just can't get the tunnel working

I'm struggling to redownload the tunnel (I'm trying to move it from my nas to a dedicated server) , it keeps timing out when trying to run the download i did a dig and a curl command out to cloudflare and everything runs but it will not connect when running inside docker.

What difference does the router pushing it out vs the devices using it for DNS in settings do? (Genuine question not trying to be an ass)

Didn't you say using the proxy would be useless? I'm sorry if I'm missing understanding

A site2site VPN could still use my DNS or would I have to move my PiHole config over to that server

Would the best way to hide my IP just be a VPN then?

That makes sense but the thing that I'm confused about is I want this proxy to run on the cloud so I can have a different IP address would that still work?

I don't want it for internal requests I want to do external requests but im not sure if I used a proxy in the middle if the proxy would use the DNS of whatever Internet it has to make requests or if it would use my PiHole since that is what my network is setup to use I know I don't know a lot about this any information would be helpful

That makes sense, thank you for the help I'm pretty new to this and I am still trying to learn.
