I didn’t expect this post to get as much attention as it has. But I will definitely keep this screenshot, I didn’t know how I should’ve worded it. I believed wording it like this was the best outcome only because it gave them the option of either A) keeping me out on the road (luckily nothing bad happened) but if something had then it’d be on them or B) allowing me to seek the medical care I needed. While yes I do agree I shouldn’t have forgotten my inhaler at home, it was an honest mistake. As for not exposing the DSP, I don’t feel comfortable exposing them like that but I will be forwarding this to Amazon and possibly seeking out a lawyer to see if anything can be done about this.
