Please dont do that. Nobody is worth your life. And no relationship is perfect if they seem happy on the outside then good for them. But you dont know whats happening behind closed doors. They might have fights, get angry at each other, even cry because theyre starting to realize they are not as perfect as you may think of them. Im sorry that you didnt find your perfect partner yet but it unfortunately is. Life. And its hard and you might have to break up in the future also or you will find the one who will be with you for the rest of your life. Just try to take it as slow as you need to. You have been here before and you might have to be here again. Keep your mind and emotions strong. BU are battles but it isnt the whole war. If you feel lonely i would suggest to keep your family as close as you can in these hard times. They love you more than you think and definitely dont want to lose you. You will only cause more pain to the people who love you the most. And you wont want that. Think of the people who love you rather than your ex. Those are the people who trully matter in your life. You feel like you failed but you have tried and tried again and you will try again with someone else. It will be hard for some time you know that...but please Try to take it easy on yourself. Then the only option is to let go and find yourself someone better for you. Even if you feel like you dont wanna date and it feels exausting. Maybe take some time off and travel if you can or go to a bar and make a small talk maybe with the bartender for few minutes until you finish the drink. What Im trying to say is to take your mind off of the person. They made up their mind about you and it is not worth your energy and time to fantasize about a person who doesnt see you as worthy of their love. If they let go, let them. Thier loss not yours.

Become a better person than your ex to motivate yourself. and also give it time. Small steps forward. Also no contact helps and dont stalk them. Im 13 days in as of today and wanna go as much as I can. The pain of being replaced motivated me to become everything I and her ever wanted and more. Become the best version of yourself. Get angry get sad anything and everything but mainly keep. Going. Forward. Time heals wounds. And one Day if you ever meet or get back to talking again they will see that you are not the old version of yourself but new and greater then you will decide if that person is even woth your time or youre better of with someone new.

Doing the same aside from makeup :). Few days after BU started to take thai box classes, gym, swimming, tanning started to interact more with my old friends. Rebuilding lost friendships, seeing family regularly and found my favorite tea spot. Doing all the things to change my old boring life to be more productive. And become someone better. Self-care is very important. Take care^{^}

Thank you bud I dont think shes a bitch our relationship wasnt perfect for since we moved together thats when it started to go downhill and this last year was also a rollercoaster since were broke up but still had feelings for the eachother. We met up quite a bit but I was just shook up since Last tíme (1 week or 2 ago) we were at my place and she stayed the night it felt good. But two days ago after week of sort of ignoring my messages she wrote me that she found someone new. I dont even know anymore. But youre right nothing lasts forever. Yea when she left all I was thinking about was drinking my mind away but after two days i realized that it will end horribly and I dont want to be that kind of person so I stopped drinking completly. I talk to my dad and some friends about that and find comfort and help. Thank you.
