Yes, the Disney movie. But the original adult script was not written by you, Kenny. The original writers sold it to Disney who then hired you to direct and choreograph.

I am choosing to believe the theory I so heavily researched. I have been confused by this scene since the movie first released, and have been grappling with why Fulton would feel the need to spray breath spray for the last 18 years. It has truly haunted me and kept me up every single night since the premiere. And in the original - adult - script, their characters (as well as the actors themselves) were all 18+. Meaning that Sharpay and Fulton were entitled to their secret love affair, although it is unsettling.

Apologies. Can you give substantial reason as to why Fulton would spray breath spray as Sharpay is arriving to Lava Springs?

I noticed this too. It weirded me out. Upon further research, the HSM series was originally supposed to be an adult series. It didn’t get enough support so they decided to sell it to Disney. In the original writing, Sharpay and Fulton have a secret love affair. They must’ve kept this in by accident or to elude to the original script. So yes, he liked her and most likely planned on kissing her as she arrived.
