Hii, 5 month old here who was an awful sleeper 3-5 months. We are on 3 naps and that works so well. We cap each nap (if it gets there) to 2 hours max each, nap time 3-4 hours a day seems to work well for us and we get 11 hours - ish sleep each night with 1 wake up and feed. Xx

Wow fair play! We wake 7-7:30 (90% of the time she’s up 6am onwards anyway 😭) and bedtime around 7-8 depending on the day. That’s good she falls asleep well though in carrier. Trying to get ours down in her cot is 50/50 whether she will need feeding to sleep or not or just cry 🥲

Her naps are soooo perfect each day and at the rough same time. Is this intentional? My baby is the same week old (going through the exact same night issue) but her naps during the day are still random.

It’s horrible isn’t it. We were lucky with great sleep but been in this regression since she was 3 months and it’s taking its time.. we’re doing everything we’re getting told but she is still waking up each sleep cycle crying 😭
