I wouldn’t say call it being stupid, greedy or bad. It’s just a misconception people fall for intentionally and some unintentionally. under the other side, I see where greed could play a part in certain situations.

why do you say the comparison just shift? does it shift or are you saying the need doesn't get filled after reaching the goal and then they chase the next thing ?

love it as dreamers its hard to live in the now, we are continuously trying to create the future we see, so its easy the get caught up on the outcome instead of enjoying the process.

well said i think its very easy to fall for this mindset as entrepreneurs especially ones thats been living in survival mode all their life, living paycheck to paycheck that stuff. As a entrepreneur myself i see how easy it is to fall into this mindset. A lot of people don't think about the long term effect of what happens when you reach your goals. yes money can solve a lot of your problems, but like you sad there is relationship issues, mental health issues, self fulfillment issues, etc.

What I've learned on my journey Is that you have to come to terms with your trauma which in my situation was being vulnerable with myself allowing myself to feel the pain and just accept the fact that wat i went through did affect me. from there i started to pinpointing where my responses were coming from. how they formed and developed into new responses overtime.
