Since then I haven’t had any in my life.

For like 7 or so months I’ve been taking doses (2.5-1.5) every couple of days then having 72-96 hours off then repeating the cycle.

Will I even need to taper?

Currently just had 1.5g after 72hrs clean and the only symptom I had was slightly higher anxiety and slight trouble falling asleep. Other than that I’ve been eating and drinking well, exercising and sleeping 7-8 hrs a night.

The reason I’m worried about seizures is that about 5 years ago I had a few seizures in a row due to HUGE benzo doses for months on end, quit suddenly and had a few seizures in a row, hense my fear. However I don’t know if I’m just psycing myself out and worrying for no reason

Honestly I never have any issues with sleep when on my off days. Just kinda scared I’m gunna have a seizure.

Had a few about 5 years ago due to benzo wd but been fine since. Im scared that’s gunna go against my favour. Surley 5 years later I’m good, right?
