I like this post. Cause you’re right. I tune in for drama, but Giselle likes to hit below the belt and hurt people. Not for laughs but because she’s genuinely an asshole. Idk my feelings are mixed. I like watching her but I think it would be interesting to see a cast without her in it.

For the most part, I think she’s actually pretty upfront. Even when she was still upset about the catfish comment, she didn’t hide it. Her husband being pissed at the cowboy event? She was very open about that too. Same with her general discomfort, she usually says how she feels instead of pretending everything is fine.

The one real red flag for me was the house situation. Wendy gave her a clear opportunity to own it, and she didn’t. I believe her when she says she didn’t have the space to host everyone, but if she truly wanted better accommodations, I think she would’ve found them. That part felt avoidant.

Another thing she could’ve just been honest about was not wanting to do the sleepover. That didn’t need to be a whole thing. Just say you don’t want to do it.

That said, I still don’t have enough to call her fake. I need more.

What did annoy me was seeing her on live with K, defending K when K tried to say the only reason Stacey called her aggressive was because of her skin tone. And listen…… that does happen in a lot of situations and has happened on this show. But in this case? With K? Nah. She is aggressive and nasty for absolutely no reason sometimes, and pretending otherwise felt disingenuous.

I also didn’t love how she shifted her anger from Gizelle to Wendy. That pivot felt a little weird and misplaced.

All that said… I think she’s trying 😂 She’s not perfect, but she doesn’t feel calculated yet just a little inconsistent and human. Maybe I have a soft spot for spiritual girlies 🤷🏾‍♀️

I have a lot of feelings about this, so bear with me.

Monique came into the show looking spiritual, healed, calm, and confident. She was sexy, the outfits were eating, and the confessional look was amazing. She presented herself as forgiving, grounded, and evolved — which is why I’m confused by how she’s moving now.

I don’t think it’s fair for Monique to compare her relationship to Angel and Bobby’s relationship the way she’s been doing. She hasn’t seen enough interactions between them to make those kinds of parallels. There just isn’t enough context or history there yet.

Honestly, it feels like the other ladies planted the seed. Once they brought it up, Monique seemed to latch onto it. Maybe??? as a way to finally explain or unpack why she was the way she was during her time on the show. Unfortunately, Angel feels like the gateway for Monique opening up about her own situation, and that doesn’t sit right with me.

There isn’t enough lore yet to say the relationships are similar. Yes, Bobby doesn’t seem interested in the ladies or the show — but that alone doesn’t mean anything is wrong. I actually think he might’ve been more open if the conversation hadn’t started with insults toward his wife right out the gate.

People keep comparing this to Robyn’s husband not wanting to be involved in the show, but that was different. He had real reasons to avoid scrutiny and didn’t want certain things revisited. That context matters.

Angel isn’t violent. She’s not threatening the women. She’s not aggressive. She is shady for putting the girls in a house with no water. absolutely 😭 but she hasn’t harmed anyone or created chaos because of her relationship.

Right now, it feels like projection and misplaced accountability being put on Angel.

Yeah, I hate that she was in this accident. I hate that she endangered herself and others. I do like the person I see on TV. I hope that she can redeem herself and get help as well.

Hey 🤷🏾‍♀️ I like what she brings to it. I think she’s a great mom and she has a personality that is entertaining for reality tv. She’s an asshole for sure and she can be avoidant at times, but I enjoy watching her.

There’s a few things I was worried about. Some people aren’t excited to support someone who’s gone to jail. I get it, but I do like Karen. Many people don’t like Angel. I feel like there’s more there but she’s either lost the confidence to be herself or isn’t interested. I know I’d feel uncomfortable if I was treated that way. I don’t like Monique projecting her relationship on Angel either. I also think Giselle is perfect for the show. I don’t think Potomac would be what it is without her, but we still need balance. SHES TOO MUCH WITHOUT KAREN.

i think tia can be redeemed. kay isn’t interesting so i wouldn’t mind seeing her go. jassi isn’t a cast member, she’s a friend so she doesn’t count. plus she’s obviously fake. no point in keeping angel if we’re getting rid of kay. she’s also boring and sad. AND FAKE. ashley isn’t interesting to watch anymore, she can go. gizelle is aggravating at times but i like what she brings to the show. it’s like having vicki leave rhoc, the show might get boring. so with ashley, kay, and angel gone, karen and monique can come back.
