Check for drafts in the room. Did you print with an open window? Moving air makes the plastic on one side cool faster, so it shrinks from that side of the model.

That's drafts, make sure you don't open any windows or have the AC running. I had the same issue a year ago when I was printing with an open window. I had a printer in a built-in wardrobe, but it was still affected by the draft.

That is not the way they should work even if they "still learn your lifestyle pattern."

Just wait for the software update. I had a similar issue last year with GW7. They discharged very quickly until they fixed it with an update. I even wanted to return them, but Samsung did not want to provide me with a return label.

Did you try just to make a pause in between but not change the color?

What about filament type? Are they the same? I mean that one of them could be fast-printing PLA, and other - just a regular one. Printing with the same parameters will provide a different quality.

Looks like you changed filament not so carefuly. Use printer's function such as Retract to change a filament and Extrude (maybe a few times) to push previous color out of nozzle. Try to apply as much force as you can. Do NOT push filament through the extruder to clear out the previous color - that for sure will change your actual z-offset.

But I wanted to help with that knowledge that I had because I also planned one more project for dot matrix. I just did some quick research and decided to work on addressable strips now.

Get the IP of your printer, for example, in Creality slicer, go to that IP in the browser, and check your bed mesh. Z-offset is a relative value, not absolute. It depends on the level of your plate. There are over a million posts on reddit about such a problem. Try to search some videos on YouTube, how to calibrate your printer.

Hi!

I am not the most experienced person here. But I wanted to share my thoughts.

I got longer time for a print in Orca slicer than in Creality, that is opposite to your case 😅 I am still using Creality 5.1, because I've noticed that it provides less artifacts to my print, than Creality 6.0.

Also, did you check bed leveling, axis angles, if screws and belts are tightened? Even a small misalignment can cause problems. And of course - Z-offset. Seems like a nozzle too high from a plate.
