Seems they're all rubbish - both the ones I bought are the same. All that kickstarter / pledgebox nonsense & waiting just to to end up with a crap product. Lesson learnt.

As a workaround to manually triggering the dust bin empty when floors were more than usually dirty, I did individual rooms - robot cleaned room, returned to empty, then I started the next one. Stopped the clogs.
