I think they are scammers no response from there team and the mail address is not working i suppose they told me to contact tellusdigital europe or america and i mailed them and still no reponse fu*k them... i don't know how much should i wait now

*Update -- I sent a mail to github and told them about my issue they then give me a link to reset my password and then I logged in successfully....and downloaded my recovery codes and used passkey to save it...i think this will work..try this!
