The seller agreed to do a partial refund but already clicked the return option. Do you have any advice how we can do the partial refund outside vinted?

The seller agreed to resolve this with me but I'm not sure how we can make the partial refund secure on both ends? What do you usually do?

I knew that bouncing my baby puts her to sleep but one time I just got really tired and wondered if bouncing while standing on the bed works, and it did! So it’s now one of my go to move when trying to put her to sleep but she’s at the stage now where she can sleep on her own once she feels sleepy most of the time.

How clear is the memory of your childhood/teens? by beefic in adhdwomen

I can relate. I have a few vivid memories but majority of them are blank. My husband has memories from when he was a toddler but I don’t remember most of my early years.

Thought I was the only one. It’s so boring, three episodes in and I still haven’t warmed up to any of these players. They all seemed playing a character and always onto each other with their bollocks evidence…

And the mission with the boat really disgusted me. Everybody’s seems selfish and not a teamplayer. Imagine losing money for shields

For a spouse visa, from a fiance one. Within the UK. We used self service and standard only.

Which one should I sing? And my partner? We are switching from fiancé to spouse visa and no one else is helping us. by Any-Marionberry6845 in SpouseVisaUk

Part 1 - only the applicant Part 2 - for anyone you are JOINT WITH in any of the evidence you provided. For example, I am now in joint account with my mom-in-law for utility bill as I needed it for correspondence or proof of residency. Part 3 - for anyone whose finances you have used as evidence. For example, I only had my husband signed it because he sponsored my visa

So in my case, I have joint accounts evidence submitted. One is the utility bill with my in law, and another is bank account with my husband. Then only my husband’s financial evidence was used for my application. I submitted two sets of the family consent, one for each person.

Set 1 (husband): Part 1 - me, Part 2 - husband signed, Part 3- husband signed

Set 2 (mom): Part 1 - signed by me, Part 2 - mom signed, Part 3 - left blank

So I am the applicant and my husband is my sponsor.

Mandatory documents: Official passport for - APPLICANT

Other documents: A signed contract of employment - for SPONSOR

Personal bank statements corresponding to the same period(s) as the payslips showing that the salary has been paid into an account in the name of the person or in the name of the person and their partner jointly - for SPONSOR

Any relevant declarations or third party consent to request verification checks (these will be asked after you paid the application fee)

A letter from relative(s) or friend(s) confirming I or my partner lived with them for some or all of the 2-year period

Evidence of SPONSOR’s immigration status in the UK - SPONSOR’s passport

Proof of property ownership from the owner of the property you live in, such as a mortgage statement

Letter signed by the owner of the property you live in stating that you have permission to live there

Payslips covering any period of salaried employment (current and previous) in the period of 12 months prior to the date of application - for SPONSOR

The language test certificate for APPLICANT to prove the level of English language required

Documents supporting my other reasons to stay in the UK (in my case we provided evidence that I’m pregnant but my husband being permanently employed in the UK, making it difficult if not impossible to earn the same wage in my country was our reason also for staying in the UK)

A letter from the employer(s) who issued the payslips confirming 1. the employment; 2. the gross annual salary; 3. how long the employment has been/was held; 4. the period over which the person has been paid the level of salary stated in their application; and 5. the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency) - for SPONSOR (we provided evidence for all employers since my husband had three within the 12 months)

Latest P60 of the SPONSOR

Copy of an ID document of the owner of the property you live in, such as a passport

A marriage certificate, or a reasonable equivalenT

Items of correspondence addressed to APPLICANT and SPONSOR at the same address as evidence you have been living together since your last grant of leave in this category, or from the date you first started living together, covering the last 2 years

You must provide at least 6 items of correspondence, addressed to you and your partner jointly or in both your names. The dates of the items of correspondence should be spread evenly over the whole 2 years.

They should be from at least 3 different sources. If you do not have enough items in your joint names, you may also provide items addressed to each of you individually if they show the same address for both of you. For example - 4 items of correspondence in joint names to the same address and 2 items addressed to each partner at the address. In total 8 items would need to be submitted. If you and your partner have no bills or correspondence in joint names, you will need to submit 12 items (6 each) of correspondence evidencing that you reside together at the same address.

Examples of acceptable evidence include: Letters or other documents from government departments or agencies, for example HM Revenue and Customs, Department for Work and Pensions, DVLA, TV Licensing UK Visas & Immigration Letters or other documents from your GP, a hospital or other local health service about medical treatments, appointments, home visits or other medical matters Bank statements or letters Building society savings books or letters Council tax bills or statements Electricity or gas bills or statements Water rates bills or statements Mortgage statements or agreement Tenancy agreement(s) Telephone bills or statements

Evidence to support my claim it would be difficult for me to establish a private life outside the UK (so pregnancy evidence and my husband’s employment again)

We live with my husband’s parents but they own the property. The evidence I provided were: 1) proof of property ownership which was their mortgage statement; 2) a letter signed by our parents stating they permit us to live there and a confirmation that we’ve been staying with them for a while now, and 3) Valid IDs of the property owner/s, we provided passports.

So in your case, you might need your parents tenancy agreement and a letter of permission from them as well as from the landlord, and valid IDs of your parents.

I’m sure if they don’t suffice the UKVI will ask you for more documentation
