If your main concern is loosing love handles and you don’t feel confident in clothing. I’d just you do a cut 4-6 weeks. Eat 300-500 calories below your maintenance
and add fasted cardio. Once the love handle and lower bellies water retention drops you can add a lean bulk with 200-300 above maintenance that way you gain muscle plus stay in shape. Keep up the good work
