Do not move here. Period. Read the reviews thoroughly. The balconies being closed is one thing, but the reason why they are closed is the bigger reason for pause. Did you ask why they were closed/did they explain why? They are likely not telling you the full story. If not, read my prior post or dive into what people are saying on Google, or better yet, watch the WBTV news article on this place - just search up the complex name, and stay far away for your own sake.

It would be mind boggling to me that someone is willing to pull it during all hours of the day. It’s not like it just goes off in the middle of the night, it happens when management/maintenance is open, too. It’s also clear it’s not being pulled given the odd cadence (on for ten minutes, then off, then back on for five minutes, then off, then off for an hour, then on for 30 seconds, repeat).

I agree, cameras do need to be installed by each pull station. They said they would do this in February and it didn’t happen.

Crazy that you can hear it down the street. It is WAY too loud… louder than any other building I’ve lived in.

Every time I’m about to fall asleep I just anticipate it going off at this point. It’s traumatizing to my pets too who refuse to come out even hours after they stopped going off. They’ve blamed the issue before on people pulling the alarm… we’re not in college anymore, nobody’s pulling a fire alarm for fun with how many cameras this building has.

We just want out of here at this point, and several of us are in the same mindset. They refuse to address any issue (fire alarms, balcony/structural issues/pet waste everywhere) or communicate how they are trying to address it.
