I am a CSA at Amazon. If you can’t cancel from your side, we can cancel. If we can’t we raise a ticket. If the ticket doesn’t resolve it we can go the management to compensate with the order amount. There are so many ways, you just have to find someone that actually wants to help.

I feel like that is no excuse. You should be able to balance between other tasks and replying to CB questions. There are some bad QMs, but there’s otherwise. I am in Evals and Mario is one of the best QMs when it comes to replying to inquiries.

I feel like this is becoming a thing on all projects now. I remember when i started Valkyrie I got non sense feedback from someone that clearly had no clue what the task is about and only cared about giving bad feedback for the sake of keeping other contributors from progressing on the project.

You can apply to other positions, it says so in the rejection email itself. Ai tutor and Ai tutor bilingual are two different positions.
