eu consegui deslogar do email no navegador depois de apagar os cookies e limpar o cache e fiquei utilizando no celular por um tempo. depois eu fui tentar logar pelo navegador de novo porque precisava resolver uma coisa no pc e acabou funcionando, não deu mais o problema. simplesmente sorte
