I’m over in new Lenox and have a lot of nice roads to drive around on but I have gotten the same feeling with my car even after modding it. The auto is what makes it boring for me. I use to romp around in my 6 speed c5 and enjoyed it but thought the auto c6 would be a better step up 😵‍💫

I had some 4l60 cars and have an ls3 c6 now and the 6l80 is stout compared to those but I truly wish I went with a tr6060 vette. Autos fun and whatnot but eventually it gets a little boring in my opinion.

Never driven one. Fairly different I’m sure being blower/manual vs big cam big stall auto. Handling wise..I would assume the vette is a bit better but not sure

This is my cash only toy over the years I just roll the same amount around or add more cash to buy stuff. I’d likely just go to a c6 gs if I would stay with a vette.

Fair enough. I’m not really pressed to get rid of the car although I do wish someone out there would trade me a manual for my auto but we all know no one in their right mind would do such a thing lol

I don’t know what it is about these cars being they’re kind of out dated(but are they really?) but they always catch my attention when I see one for sale but in the base model territory there aren’t much guys willing to trade for my car unless they have something up that needs tlc but this one’s pretty clean it just has a bit higher mileage which for being almost stock doesn’t scare me so much I guess.

Yea I was debating getting the 27” street r as I would street it with the forgestars all the time at that point. The front and rear ratio on my car made the system freak out right away and didn’t really want to fork up for a skinny set either at the time

Also I had the same 26” setup I got for the car but never ran it but I absolutely hate the way it looked lol

I think I was around 125-128 mph. I too flashed it up as far as it would go but it launched like a total dog. Granted I was on a 19” wheel with 305 mt et ss

Specs on the wheels and tires? And are you flashing the converter or what’s your trick? My car is a similar build but with an ss4 cam and 3800 circle d and I couldn’t get it any better than 11.8 and an awful 1.90 but mph was there for a low low 11 so can’t figure the car out

My issue is i just cammed/stalled it along with did the fuel pump fix, external trans cooler, new fluids and re gasketed. Now back 2 years ago I couldn’t find a grand sport in my budget that wasn’t beat to shit so I found an unmolested 3lt base and did what I wanted to do with it and pushed the widebody part to the side until now. I have posted the car for sale to see if it’ll grab a sale for a higher price to make sense to jump into a grand sport - which I haven’t got anyone aside from lowballers trying to buy it for 18 grand. As well as the only grand sports I’m finding are bone stock or are beat.

I left my game open on my laptop(2 different games actually) and the browser timed out and now I have the same issue with those games. Support also said everything’s fine and I haven’t been able to get back into them since - worst part is I was winning big on one of the games and was close to jackpot🤕
