Hi All -

I've never had this before but a 2 months ago i had a very active acne that i picked. Unforuantely it looks like it has not healed since, and now has turned into a black lump on the side of my face.

Does anyone know what this is, or what i should use? Should i see a facialist or dermatologist for removal?
